Dr. Brandi Casey is originally a native of Georgiana, Alabama. She completed her undergrad at UAB where she received a Bachelors of Science with a minor in chemistry. She went on to attend the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. While there, Dr. Casey was awarded the Eydie Jones Scholarship Award for academic excellence. She graduated Cum Laude with her Doctorate of Optometry in 2011 from UABSO.
Dr. Casey is a member of the American Optometric Association, as well as the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honors Society. She has also participated in several voluntary screenings in rural areas of Alabama which provided care for individuals in need.
Dr. Casey completed her education with externships at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, Eye Care Plus in Prattville, AL and Gulf Coast Vision Center.
Dr. Casey joined Gulf Coast Vision Center in august of 2011. She provides treatment in Comprehensive eye care including the treatment and management of Glaucoma, diabetic eye care, pre-and post-op cataracts and LASIK, fitting glasses and contact lenses, binocular vision, pediatric eye care, and ocular disease.
